Rainy Black Hills Engagement Session

Ok, I have to take a moment to talk about the weather surrounding this session, because it was crazy! The day before this session was 90 degrees in South Dakota. Then a small rain storm came through at night, and when I woke up the next day the estimated high was only 46 degrees?! That’s like a 44 degree difference! Like, whaaat?!

Anyway, I guess you can say that fall in South Dakota is definitely here!

Sydney and Sam were absolute troopers! We climbed up to Breezy Point near Mt. Rushmore in the Black Hills for this shoot, and it was EPIC. Late September totally brought all the fall colors to the Hills.

These two are so cute together! And Sydeny has the best style.

I truly loved every moment of this shoot. They were so easy going and SO much fun to be around!

I can’t wait until their wedding day!
